What Repair does
Repair looks at damaged ships before someone writes them off. We assess damage, salvage modules, tools and usable parts, draw up parts lists and comparison quotes, and repair what can be repaired. In the game that means: salvage contracts in the belt of Yela, wrecks that belong to nobody anymore – and ships that still very much belong to someone.

Salvage
Data modules, tool containers, assemblies someone still needs: on a tether to the MAX, with the owners' consent and, in the belt, with one eye on the scanner. What strangers have already stripped we do not bring back; what is still attached we secure.
Workshop Dauntless
One of the Idris's three hangar spots is a workshop. This is where mounts and spare parts are made and where the maintenance list of a ship is worked through that for the most part still lies unpowered in orbit.

Who works
Ivo Brenner, 39, from Lorville, assesses damage, plans repairs and agrees salvage with the owners. Craig Harker keeps the way back clear on the approach to a wreck and sits in the turret when a strange ship does not answer. Nadia Serrat adds to every estimate the lines Ivo likes to leave out: fuel, freight costs, workshop time.
